The Shift Leader is responsible for the profitability and overall operation of the restaurant according to Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards in the absence of the Restaurant or Assistant Manager. The Shift Leader will ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, and product preparation and merchandising. Crew Captain - Shift Leader
The Assistant Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall shift level operations, guest experience, sales performance and execution of Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures that the store’s appearance as well as the team’s performance is to company standards. Assistant Managers help promote a team environment by coaching employees while providing feedback. Assistant Managers recognize that Guests are held as a high priority and is the role model for Guests service and satisfaction.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the profitability and overall operation of the restaurant according to Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. The Restaurant Manager is accountable for providing high quality service and cleanliness for the daily store operations, sales and store marketing in compliance with company policies and procedures, federal and local food preparation requirements, and in line with Dunkin’ brand standards. This individual will be proficient in making logical and timely decisions.
Dan's Management Company offers an extensive 8-week paid Manager Training Program. The M.I.T will be afforded all the tools necessary to become an effective leader. This position is best suited for a positive person with a passion to succeed while driving for results.
