About Us

Our Vision: We will lead the quick-service and fast casual industry in reputation, growth, and profitability by our commitment to People First, Personnel Development, Integrity, and Guest Satisfaction.

Over 50 years ago, a young boy named Daniel Del Prete was looking for a way to pay his bills and keep food on the table.  His idea was simple. He decided to purchase a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise in 1972 and from there he grew. Now over four decades later, Dan’s Management Company has grown to 42 stores with continued growth on the horizon!

Dan’s Management Company is one of the top 100 largest employers in Rhode Island. We are considered an “A” rated franchisee by Dunkin’ Brands and we bring over forty-five years of experience and knowledge to the quick service industry. 

Our 42 restaurants are located throughout Rhode Island and Connecticut and we employ over 1000 employees. Dan’s Management Company opened up the first Dunkin’ New Generation store in Rhode Island during 2019 with many remodels since and many more to come.

Our mission is simple. We strive to lead the quick service industry by providing superior customer service. We believe in putting people first and cultivating our employees to be the best at what they do.
