Career Paths with Dan’s Management Company


As a flexible entry-level position, the Crew Members are responsible for executing Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. Crew Members work in a fast-paced team to meet guest expectations. Are you enthusiastic? Can you maintain a clean working environment? Do you enjoy making customers happy while serving them with a smile? This position might be the right fit for you. The right candidate can grow into a Crew Captain position.

The Crew Member position is an hourly role with base pay plus tips. The starting rate is $15.00 – $16.25 per hour, depending on location.

Crew Members accumulate sick time during the first year of employment. Full-time Crew Members are eligible for PTO after one year of full-time employment.

Crew Member

The Crew Captain is responsible for the restaurant’s profitability and overall operations in accordance with Dan’s Management standards in the absence of the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. The Crew Captain will ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, product preparation, and merchandising. This role can lead into our Manager in Training Program.

Crew Captain

Closing Supervisors coach team members throughout the evening shift to execute operational Brand standards, deliver great guest service, and prepare the store for end-of-day closure. They set goals, assign tasks, and motivate others by providing timely feedback. Do you work best at night and enjoy a fast-paced environment? If so, this may be the right fit for you!

Closing Supervisor

Our Assistant Managers are responsible and accountable for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures that the store’s appearance and the team’s performance meet company standards. Assistant Manager

Dan’s Management Company offers an extensive 6-week paid Manager Training Program. The manager-in-training (MIT) will receive all the tools necessary to become an effective leader. This position is best suited for a positive, results-driven person who is passionate about learning and personal development. After training, Dan’s Management attempts to place managers within 30 miles of their home while providing ongoing support to build a successful career. Your success is our success.

Manager-in-Training Program

The Restaurant Manager is responsible and accountable for the overall shift-level operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. Restaurant Managers are accountable for providing daily high-quality service and cleanliness across daily store operations, sales, and store marketing. Restaurant Managers must comply with company policies and procedures, federal and local food preparation requirements, and Dunkin’/Aspire brand standards. This individual must be proficient at making logical and timely decisions. Are you a quick-thinking leader who inspires others to be their best? This could be the position for you! All Restaurant Managers must complete the Manager-in-Training program before being promoted to Restaurant Manager.

Restaurant Manager

General Managers demonstrate their leadership ability by holding themself accountable for ensuring the proper operation, profitability and sales building of the restaurants that they are assigned. They do this by successfully applying proper Operations, Training, Human Relations, profit-and-loss awareness, Administrative Costs, and “Management by Objectives.” This position is a potential career path to Operations Manager. The General Manager position is generally filled internally. We love to promote our employees!
