Career Paths with Dan’s Management Company


As a flexible entry-level position, the Crew Members are responsible for executing Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. Crew Members work in a fast-paced team to meet the expectations of our Guests. Are you enthusiastic? Can you maintain a clear working environment? Do you enjoy making customers happy while serving them with a smile? This position might be the right fit for you. Potential growth from here is a Crew Captain position for the right candidate.

The Crew Member position is an hourly position receiving a base pay plus tips. Starting rate is $14.00 – $14.70 per hour depending on location.

Crew Members accumulate sick time during the first year of employment. Full-time Crew Members are eligible for PTO after one year of full time employment.

Crew Member

The Crew Captain is responsible for the profitability and overall operation of the restaurant according to Dan’s Management’s operation and quality standards in the absence of the Restaurant or Assistant Manager. The Crew Captain will ensure compliance with standards for customer relations, brand equity, food costs, safety, sanitation, product preparation, and merchandising. This role has the potential to become an Assistant Manager and possibly join our Manager in Training Program. Does this sound like the path for you?

Our Assistant Managers are responsible and accountable for the overall shift level operations, guest experience, sales performance, and execution of Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. In the absence of the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager ensures that the store’s appearance, as well as the team’s performance, is meeting company standards. Assistant managers help promote a team environment by coaching employees while providing feedback. Our Assistant Managers recognize that our Guests are held as a high priority. Assistant Manager

Dan’s Management Company offers an extensive 6-week paid Manager Training Program. The M.I.T will be afforded all the tools necessary to become an effective leader. This position is best suited for a positive person with a passion to succeed while driving for results. After training, Dan’s Management attempts to place managers within 30 miles of their home while providing ongoing support to build a successful career. Your success is our success.

Manager-in-Training Program

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the profitability and overall operation of the restaurant according to Dan’s Management’s operational and quality standards. Restaurant Manager’s are accountable for providing daily high quality service and cleanliness for the daily store operations, sales, and store marketing. Restaurant Manager’s is accountable for being in compliance with company policies and procedures, federal and local food preparation requirements, and in line with Dunkin/Aspire brand standards. This individual must be proficient in making logical and timely decisions. Are you a quick thinking leader who inspires others to be their best? This could be the position for you!

Restaurant Manager

General Managers demonstrate their leadership ability by holding themself accountable for insuring the proper operation, profitability, sales building of the restaurants that they are assigned. This is achieved through the successful and consistent application of proper Operations, Training, Human Relations, P & L awareness, Administrative Costs, and “Management by Objectives.” This position is a potential career path to Operations Manager.
